ANU provides an online Learning Management System (LMS) for every course. This system has grown over time and is actively used by a large proportion of the University community.

It now needs to support a richer and more flexible set of teaching and learning agendas going forward to meet the University’s vision.

The Division of Information is going through a review process, working with users, to identify requirements and opportunities to develop an enhanced environment. It may integrate several new platforms into a single framework to provide the greatest flexibility. In 2008 the University will continue to fully support the existing platform for all courses, and in parallel will introduce the new environment for courses to progressively adopt.
