You can print A4 black and white pages from any computer in
the Information Commons.
All Information Commons locations have access to at least one high speed,
high quality, duplexing laser printer. Paper is provided, and the entire print
system is constantly monitored to ensure that the printers are always in working
order.
Every student is provided with a printing quota. Currently,
your quota is the equivalent of 400 single-sided black and white pages and it is
reset at the beginning of each semester. If you use up your printing quota
before the end of the semester you are able to purchase more at a cost of five
cents per page single-sided or seven cents per page double-sided printing.
Colour and A3 printing are also available from Information
Commons computers in select locations. Please be aware that one colour page is
the equivalent of 36.6 black and white pages of printing quota.
Remember the Information Commons is a shared facility. Always collect your
printed documents promptly, and check that you haven't picked up anyone else's
documents by mistake.
