Time-out

For security reasons, your ANUmail session will time out if left idle for 15 minutes. This will require you to login again.

Troubleshooting

Should you experience any difficulties with the ANUmail service that are not answered by this user guide, or the ANUmail “Help” option, then you should log a job with the Division of Information Helpdesk:  https://doihelpdesk.anu.edu.au
