Forwarding your email

In order to forward your ANU email you will need to go to the university's online account management system, known as OLAMS, here: http://olams.anu.edu.au. What you need to do is to change your mail drop.

This is what OLAMS looks like when configured for an ANUMAIL mail drop:

To change your mail drop, select the “change maildrop” option in the User Account Management section at the bottom of this OLAMS page. You will then see the “change maildrop” page. If you want your mail forwarded to a webmail provider such as Hotmail during an overseas visit, this is where you enter those details:

Carefully note the current settings so that you can change them back when you return to campus. Again, your default mail drop address is your UniID followed by @anumail.anu.edu.au (eg, u1234567@anumail.anu.edu.au).

The password mentioned on the OLAMS page is the password from your ANU Login.
