Login with UniID and password

The ANU provides students and staff with a number of online services.  These include online enrolment (through ISIS), online pay slips (through HORUS), and of course access to the world wide web through the Information Commons computing environment.

To use these services members of the ANU community simply have to login to the ANU network.  In order to login you need to know your University Identifier, or UniID, which is in the form of u1234567, and its accompanying secret password.

Students are issued their UniID and password at the time of their initial enrolment.  Staff members are issued their UniID and password when they begin working at the university.  Your UniID remains the same throughout your time at the ANU, and is not a secret.

If you are a student, your UniID is printed on your student card, and should you forget your password you can go to Ask ANU (located in the Chifley Library building) and request that it be reset.

If you are a staff member and you forget your UniID, you can contact Human Resources to be reminded of it.  Should you forget your password you can ask your Local IT Support Staff to reset it.

For security reasons the university recommends that you change your password every three months.  Students can change their passwords through ISIS, and staff members can change their passwords through HORUS.
