Reporting Network & Telephone Faults

Network Faults

All problems and questions should be directed to your local IT support person in the first instance.

Local support staff can report faults to the DOI Helpdesk by telephone to the DOI Helpdesk ext. 59666 (6125 9666) during business hours, by email doi.helpdesk@anu.edu.au or by logging a request with the DoI Helpdesk System (Link will open in new window/tab). A limited after hours service is available by contacting ANU security.

Here are some useful email addresses to contact should you need help or more information on one of the network servers or services. Please use these addresses only if you are a local support person, or if your local support person is unavailable.

Telephone Faults

All requests for faults, moves or changes should be logged with the DoI Helpdesk System (Link will open in new window/tab). The nature of the fault will dictate the repair time but most faults are rectified quickly.

If you have any questions as to the functionality of your telephone you can call the Telephone HelpDesk on extension 52440.
