Ask ANU

Ask ANU is the contact centre for students and staff seeking information, advice, or assistance with information technology (IT) and Library queries. Located on level two of the Chifley Library building, Ask ANU provides face-to-face support for everything from using the Library’s online catalogue to searching databases to setting up students’ email accounts. Ask ANU consultants can guide you through the intricacies of Excel spread sheets, reset student passwords, top up your web traffic quota, or simply tell you how to find the Menzies building.
