Roll back to previous versions
Permanently delete contentArchival is preferred over permanent deletion because you cannot recover an item once it is permanently deleted. Archival is covered in the Author module Searching, Deleting and Managing Content under the topic Document Options.
Recover deleted filesThis is covered in Guardian module Reviewing, Removing and Recovering Content under the topic Recovering Content. You can only recover things that have been Archived, not things that have been permanently deleted.
