Procedure for when a LITSS leaves their area

When a LITSS resigns from the ANU or leaves their area, the IT Sponsor, IT manager or the LITSS themselves must notify the LITSS Coordinator. Please email the following details to litss.coord@anu.edu.au;

The list below can be copied and pasted into the email message so the relevant information is provided:

  • LITSS Name:
  • UniID:
  • Email:
  • Area Budget Code/s (for removal of privileged access):
  • Last working day:
  • Is this LITSS...
    • leaving the University; or
    • moving to a similar position on campus ?
  • Does this LITSS also work in another area on campus?
    • If yes, name of the area
    • Will they continue to work in this area?
