  • The restrictions on student access are based upon those that already apply to student labs
  • Authenticated users are assigned to an access group based upon the affiliation returned by the OLAMS system
  • If you are both staff and student, you will effectively have staff access
  • Access restrictions are applied to prevent network abuse, and for network security reasons
  • The access policy may change over time to adapt to the needs of staff, students and network management
  • Please read the Wireless Security Recommendations page for important information about protecting your privacy
  • Use of the ANU Wireless Network is monitored, and subject to the Acceptable Use of Communication and Information Systems Policy
  • Usage guidelines of chargeable Commodity Internet traffic are 10MB per day. Occasional peaks above this limit will be tolerated
