Maximo is the University's Facilities Maintentance and Services System managed by Facilities and Services.

Staff can be granted access to Maximo by Facilities and Services after approval by a business manager.

Facilities and Services ensures that buildings, grounds and infrastructure are maintained to the applicable Australian standards or regulations.  Facilities and Services is also responsible for establishing a safe study and working environment for staff and students.  Facilities and Services maintains and enhances University buildings and groups and services such as parking, security, environment and energy programs, and cleaning and waste management.
