Help Desk System is the Help Desk Services System managed by Division of Information.

All students and staff with a University ID have access to search the knowledge base, make requests and manage requests.

Help Desk Administrators have access to manage help desk requests in their area.  Staff can apply for Help Desk access via their local help desk queue coordinator.
