Student Administration System is the HR & Student Administration System managed by Division of Registrar and Student Services.

The Student Administration System includes the HR & Student Administration System and Interactive Student Information Service (ISIS). 

Staff must request access to the HR & Student Administration System (see Getting Access below).

Students can use ISIS to access information such as personal details and exam results.  Students can log into ISIS using their University ID and their OLAMS/ISIS password.

Division of Registrar and Student Services is responsible for managing and coordinating general administrative matters at the University. Some of the things the Division looks after are:

  • admission of new students, enrolment and re-enrolment
  • examinations administration, results and academic transcript processing and publishing
  • fee assessment & collection from students, and distribution to appropriate areas
  • coordination of graduation ceremonies
  • new students’ orientation program
  • scholarship and prize coordination for undergraduate and postgraduate awards
  • timetabling of classes and exams
  • coordination of academic administrative policy and procedures
