The Division of Information Administration is comprised of three main
responsbility areas: Finance, Human Resources and Administration support.
Finance is responsible for overseeing the division’s budget and financial
operations of the Division. Specifically, Finance attends to budgets, invoices,
purchase orders, accounts receivable and software licenses.
Human Resources addresses the employment conditions and benefits of all DOI
staff members. Human Resources manages recruitment, role statements, selection
criteria, employment contracts, staff training and development, advice on
conditions of service, workers’ compensation, leave, and pay.
Adimistration support includes general administration; Travel arrangements;
and stationary supplies.
